\n\nThe exhibition is on view in the Bear Gallery February 3-24\, 2023. First Friday is February 3 from 12&ndash\;7 p.m. with an opening reception from 5&ndash\;7 p.m. The rest of the month the gallery will be open Monday&ndash\;Saturday from 12&ndash\;6 p.m.
\n\nMiho Aoki is an Associate Professor of Computer Art at the University of Alaska Fairbanks\, where she teaches foundation art and design\, digital art and 3D animation courses. Her exhibition everyday( ): everyday( )\; features digitally printed and/or hand-dyed fabrics with patterns inspired by everyday things around us like plants on roadsides\, streams in a slough and bathroom tiles in an old house.
\n\nMiles B. Jordan is a Fairbanks-based photographer and storyteller from New Orleans\, Louisiana and is a master of fine arts student at University of Alaska Fairbanks. The Yellow Chair Series is a multisensory\, photographic look into New Orleans through photos and accompanying podcasts and videos taken in the same chair\, primarily in the same backyard space.
