SUMMARY:Leaders Guide to the Five Dysfunctions of a Team
DESCRIPTION:The October NASHRM training is scheduled for Thursday\, October 21\, 2021. Training will be delivered using Zoom\, an online audio and web conferencing platform. Our start time is 11:45 a.m. for sign-in\, with the program running from 12:00-1:00 p.m. This presentation has been approved for SHRM credits.\n\n \n\nThis training will review five dysfunctions that hamper team effectiveness   trust\, conflict\, commitment\, accountability\, and results. Training will also provide examples of how teams look when they master the dysfunction and when they need additional work. Finally\, the training will highlight the resources and skills leaders need to develop their teams to master each dysfunction. Attendees will improve their understanding of communication and team-building functions. \n\n \n\nChristi Lepley has been the Human Resources Director for North Star Behavioral Health since August of 2021. She also serves on the Northern Alaska Society for Human Resource Management board as the Membership Director. She has a bachelor's degree with a concentration in Management from the University of Alaska Fairbanks. Christi has worked in Human Resources for 12 years and has experience working in higher education and the healthcare industry.
