DESCRIPTION:Parents petitioned the U.S. Supreme Court to allow their children to "opt-out" of teaching that involved LGBTQIA+ children's books. Listen to students\, acting as lawyers\, argue both sides of this case based on the actual pleadings (documents) filed with the U.S. Supreme Court. The parents assert their right to religious freedom under the Free Exercise clause of the 1st Amendment to the U.S. Constitution is being violated.
