DESCRIPTION:The week will culminate with a Sustainable Living Expo on Saturday\, March 9th at JP Jones Center from noon - 5pm.\n\nBusinesses and organizations that provide services and/or products that offer Fairbanks residents opportunities to incorporate renewable and recyclable alternatives into their daily lives will display and demonstrate/describe how Fairbanks residents can benefit from using them. \n\nThe event is FREE!  \n\nDoor prizes will be announced throughout the day including a backyard composter\, items from The Great Alaska Bowl Company and more! \n\nAND!\n\nMeg's Eats and Treats will be in the parking lot for the event!\n\n\n\nThe Children's Museum will be facilitating child friendly activities to encourage understanding of Reduce\, Reuse\, and Recycle concepts throughout the event.\n\n\n\nElectronics Swap! Sponsored by Reuse IT:  Bring your used and WORKING electronics and trade it in for new to you electronics\, anything with a cord or battery\, microwave size or smaller.\n\n\n\nGLASSroots Too Cute to Crush (TCtC) glass exchange:  Bring your unique glass jar\, bottle or vase and trade it for something else too cute to crush!  (This is not a glass collection event.
