1st Annual Interior Regions Procurement Fair

The Interior Regions Procurement Fair will include representatives from federal, state, and local government agencies, prime contractors, and business professionals that will present a series of procurement forecasts, panel discussions, and educational presentations The focus of this event is to:
? Develop broader base of procurement knowledge to qualified contractors in the region
? Learn about local, state and federal government agency procurement needs
? Attend workshops on contracting topics such as socioeconomic programs such as 8(a) and HUBZone, E-verify, Insurance and Bonding, Davis-Bacon and Service Contract Act, Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) and more.
? Meet vendors and talk with government procurement specialists, contracting officers, and purchasing agents

Attendee Registration Fee
1) EARLY REGISTRATION: Register before FRIDAY MARCH 12, 2010 and receive a discounted rate of $25 PER PERSON
2) STANDARD REGISTRATION: $35 PER PERSON from FRIDAY MARCH 12, 2010 through FRIDAY MARCH 19, 2010
3) REGISTRATION DAY-OF-EVENT: $45.00 PER PERSON. All registrations include lunch.
Vendor Registration Fee
A limited number of vendor tables are available for this event. Cost is $50 per table & includes 2 free event admissions and lunch. The fee for non-participating vendor attendees is $25 per person. Payment by credit card or check is required in advance to secure display table & attendance reservations, event ID badges, and event materials. Checks should be made payable to ?PTAC Alaska? and must be received by February 15th, 2010. Display tables are located in & out of the main auditorium and will be assigned on a first come-first served basis. Please indicate your table and matchmaking session preferences below:
