Celebrate Alaska Native intellect. Encourage young people and Elders to attend the 27th Anniversary of First Alaskans Institute Elders & Youth Conference Oct. 18-20th, 2010, in Fairbanks. The conference stimulates dialogue between young people and Elders and encourages them to maintain traditional Native values and practices while thriving in the modern world.
