24th Statewide Poetry Contest Reading
Fairbanks Arts Association is delighted to welcome winners of the 24th Statewide Poetry Contest for a reading in the Bear Gallery. Aiming to celebrate the writing of high quality poetry in Alaska, the contest is also bringing a celebration of National Poetry Writing Month to Fairbanks. Come celebrate the literary artistry of Alaska and help us congratulate our winning poets!
In preparation of the event, also tune in to KUAC’s FM89.9 to listen to an interview with judge Vivian Faith Prescott and a broadcast of all winners reading their poetry!
