3rd Annual Heart to Heart Gala

Food, friends, fun, and an amazing cause. Join us for our annual Heart to Heart Meals on Wheels Fundraiser Gala. This event is a time for our closest supporters and new friends to come together in a fun atmosphere to support seniors living healthy and independently in their own homes. This event offers a cocktail reception with hors d’oeuvres, catered dinner, dancing, silent & live auctions, photo booth, and much more.

The Heart to Heart Meals on Wheels Fundraiser Gala was created by a committee of caring individuals who know and understand the importance of good nutrition and the daily "Wellness" check-up provided to seniors in the Meals on Wheels program. The proceeds from this event have a direct impact on client services and allow the Fairbanks Senior Center's Meals on Wheels program to continue to serve hot, nutritious meals to our most vulnerable seniors.

Since 1973, the Fairbanks Senior Center has been providing meals to senior citizens in the interior of Alaska. In fiscal year 2020, the Fairbanks Senior Center estimates that we will provide over 54,00 meals to senior residents. The Meals on Wheels program allows seniors to continue to live with dignity and respect in their own home.
