Alternative Health Care Solutions for Small Business Owners

This course will offer education to small business owners in regards to making (catastrophic, dental, vision, hospital, etc.) coverage available to their employees at no cost to the employer. Employers will learn about: -Tax savings available to them by offering coverage -Flexible Spending Accounts -Enhancing employee loyalty and reducing turn over by expanding benefits offered. -Preventing "weekend accidents" from becoming "Monday morning" accidents -Taking the employer out of the banking business when employees are faced with crisis situations - How even the smallest "Mom and Pop" business can afford protection Highlights: -The average employee will spend an hour's wage per week for typical coverage -2 out of 3 employees will leave employers for a lesser wage if the new employer makes benefits available -Over 70% of bankruptcies are a result of catastrophic medical expense -87% of Americans do not have a Savings to fall back on if a medical crisis were to occur -1 out of 2 males and 1 out of 3 females will be affected by cancer in their lifetime -Once the Dr. and Hospitals are paid, how will I pay my mortgage, put food on the table, etc. if I am sick or hurt?
