Culinary Cooking Camp for Kids
Kids ages 6-18 are invited to come to our cooking camp at JP Jones Community Development Center. The fee covers the cost of food and materials provided by Mise en Place Culinary. Classes will cover: Food Safety, Kitchen Equipment, Cooking Terminology, & the Effects of Heat on Food, Herbs and Spices. The first hour is spent in class with remaining time in the kitchen practicing food preparation techniques. Register online or call us for an application or for more information
