Deciphering a Solicitation

 This seminar is designed to help companies understand how to read a federal solicitation. Topics include: types of solicitations (formal vs. informal), parts of a solicitation (where to find what), reviewing the solicitation scope of work requirements, capturing response requirements (create a to-do list), and how to comply with clauses and provisions as outlined by the FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation).  Sample solicitations will be used in class as a learning tool. Handouts will be provided.
