Empower lecture: Diabetes - Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow

Nationally known speakers Jeff Unger, MD and Dan Nadeau, MD. Dr. Unger will connect the history of diabetes to the personal challenges that individuals with diabetes face today. He will also highlight the discovery of insulin which has saved millions of lives since 1922. Dan Nadeau, MD will then present information on Type 2 Diabetes medications.
