Empower Series: Advance care planning on National Health Care Decision Day

The Fairbanks Memorial Hospital Empower, Your Health is in Your Hands lecture series will offer a panel discussion on advance care planning on National Health Care Decision Day.  The day is dedicated to helping Americans understand that advance care planning decisions include much more than deciding what care they would or would not want.  The panel includes:  Victor Bartling, M.D., Family Medicine Physician; Jo Kuchle, lawyer at Cook Schumannn & Groseclose, Inc.;  Jared Dye, owner of Legacy Funeral Homes; Kim Huffington, manager of Fairbanks Memorial Hospital Hospice.
