Event at Festival Fairbanks

Festival Fairbanks hosts the 12th Annual Tanana Valley Potato Extravaganza. Pump House Restaurant - 6PM Cocktails - 7PM Dinner.
Celebrate the Harvest with local growers and chefs extraordinaire. This 7 course dinner features locally grown potatoes and produce. Artfully prepared by the ACF Midnight Sun Chefs Association, this dinner acts as a yearly fundraiser for the programs of Festival Fairbanks and allows us an opportunity to recognize and celebrate our interior farmers.
