Fairbanks Arts Association Presents Gazebo Nights

Gazebo Nights Summer Performance Series features live performances every night of June, July, and August. Performances take place in the white gazebo near Gold Rush town in Pioneer Park and are FREE to attend from 7-8pm. If there is rain, sometimes performances will take place indoors in the Alaska Centennial Center for the Arts. (If there is a cancellation, if possible we will post on our Fairbanks Arts Facebook page as soon as we know).
 

Jean Mcdermott, Fiddle, Multi-Instrumentalist, & Singer

Playing mostly violin music from Appalachia to Scotland and Scandinavia and beyond. But a “guest instrument” will make an appearance, too! Viola, ukulele and guitar are all candidates.Theremay be an occasional human musical guest, too. Jean McDermott is a music instructor at Tartan Tundra Music. She has played violin since she was 9.
