Fairbanks Arts December Exhibition: Rarefied Light, Sponsored by Alaska Photographic Center

Join Fairbanks Arts in the Bear Gallery for our Decemberoin exhibition, Rarefied Light, the largest annual fine art photography exhibition juried in the state, sponsored by Alaska Photographic Center (Anchorage).

This year Alaska Photographic Center received 460 entries by 70 artists. Guest juror, Dan Burkholder, selected 55 photographs by 43 artists. Rarefied Light is funded in part by a grant from the Alaska State Council on the Arts and the National Endowment for the Arts.

Rarefied Light is on view in the Bear Gallery from December 2–23, 2022. The gallery will be open 12–6 p.m. on Friday, December 2, for First Friday. For the rest of the month, join us Monday–Saturday, 12–6 p.m.
