Part 2:

DEC Commissioner Jason Brune and Air Quality Division Director Alice Edwards will present an overview of the draft Serious State Implementation Plan (SIP) to reduce fine particulate air pollution. The SIP is planned to be released for public comment the week of May 13.  They will discuss highlights of the draft plan, how to comment, and the expected process for finalizing the plan with the EPA.
