Tanana Chiefs Conference was recently awarded a state grant to develop and implement a sobering center for Fairbanks. Ms. Lee, TCC's sobering center project manager, will provide an overview of the program and discuss its anticipated impact on the community. By providing safe shelter to the chronic inebriate homeless population and early intervention screening, we will be saving lives and offering assistance to access appropriate services. Supporting partners of the project will also be discussing their involvement.
