The Affordable Care Act was signed into law in 2010. Since that time the way employers purchase healthcare coverage has changed. Recent changes to the law have impacted many employers throughout Alaska. In addition, the "Pay or Play" rules are now in full effect. At this luncheon Terry Allard, experienced benefits advisor, will discuss some of the solutions employers are using to be in compliance and the provisions of the ACA that were recently delayed.
