Transportation funding has several different sources and each has their own requirements. This presentation will clarify fund sources (and their purpose) for capital projects and how those projects have helped offset declining state funding for transportation. Historic capital investment in DOT&PF's Northern Region will be discussed, as well as outlook for Fairbanks area construction for the next 5 years.
