Fairbanks Chamber Weekly Business Luncheon: University of Alaska: Moving Forward by UA President Jim Johnsen

President Johnsen will address the changes underway at the University of Alaska system including the challenges and impacts UA as the organization moves through, the changes dictated by budget reductions, and direction from the Board of Regents. Dr. Johnsen will discuss the process that will be undertaken that would change the current structure, as well as the community involvement in the process. Also, how the university will move forward in a positive direction, maintaining a strong university system and positive, proactive community engagement.
