Dr. Laura Brunner, Medical Director of FMH NICU and Inpatient Pediatrics presents "Wait...Kids matter? The Impact of Adverse Childhood Experiences"
Continuing our series on Behavioral Health in Fairbanks. This presentation will focus on children and the impact that adverse childhood experiences have on them.
Members will learn more about how the behavioral health crisis is a problem in our community, that mental illness does not discriminate, what services are available to children, what our community can do to help solve the problem at hand, and more specifically, how to help children affected with a behavioral health problem.
