Fairbanks Summer Arts Festival Orchestra Ball

Get decked out to the nines (or just to the threes) and dance to beautiful music performed by the Fairbanks Summer Arts Festival Orchestra, led by conductor Robert Franz. The play list inclues Blue Danube, Blue Tango, Begin the Beguine, My Fair Lady, Thunder and Lightening Polka, and more. And when the orchestra finishes, keep dancing to a mix of swing and ballroom music compiled by Master of Ceremonies, Kurt Byers, who has provided recorded music for swing and ballroom dances in Fairbanks for some 15 years. Cash bar and snacks for sale prepared by the Westmark Hotel. Hotel guests admitted free with presentation of room key.
