Free-to-drop-off Electronics Recycling Depot
Green Star's 2015 goal is to recycle 100 tons (200,000 pounds) of Interior Alaskans' unwanted electronics. After January & February's electronics recycling depots, we're up to 11.3 tons. March's goal is 9 tons. Free to FNSB residents and businesses! As always, we're looking for volunteers from 9:45 am - 1 or 1 - 4:15 pm on Friday, 3/20 and Saturday, 3/21. When people help out at the Electronics Recycling Depot they unload vehicles, separate electronics by type, and sort batteries.
