• Wage & Hour Regulations: minimum wage, overtime, exempt employees, non-exempt
employees, recordkeeping laws, breaks, on-call, travel time, return transportation, and final pay
• Child Labor-Minors under the age of eighteen: work permit requirements, safety for minors, break laws, duties, and permissible hours
• Title 36-Little Davis-Bacon: employment preference, certified payroll, rates of pay,
classifications, coverage issues, and Notice of Work, Notice of Completion
