NAMI Family Support Group

NAMI Family Support Groups are an on going support group for families, friends, and caretakers of individuals living with mental illness. At our in-person mental health support groups, you can speak with others who understand firsthand what you'll going through. By sharing your experiences in a safe and confidential setting, you can gain hope and feel a sense of connection. You'll benefit from others' experiences, discover your inner strength and empower yourself by sharing your own experiences in a non-judgmental space. There is no cost to attend. Must be 18 years and older.
