Pacific Giant Octopus: The Eight-Legged Wonder of the World!

Octopuses are a wild subject! Find out just how wild they are from scuba-diving UAF marine biologist and Alaska Sea Grant Marine Advisory Program agent, Reid Brewer. Reid will wow us with a photo and video presentation about these fascinating denizens of the deep. You'll even have a chance to win some octopus ink! Reid also will sign his beautiful new coffee-table book, published by UAF's Alaska Sea Grant College Program, which features more than 100 remarkable photos of the underwater environment of the Aleutian Islands, sights rarely seen by humans! The photos were shot by Reid and his scientist colleagues.
