Pride: Fundraising for Orlando

Pride: Fundraising for Orlando is a grass-roots, volunteer-run fundraiser, working with Fairbanks PFLAG, for the victims of the Pulse Night Club shooting. Bring your friends and family for an evening of community, healing, and helping. The event is 5 pm to 9 pm on Friday, July 8th, at The Venue in downtown Fairbanks at 514 2nd Ave. There will be a silent auction for items and baskets donated by local artist and businesses, and entertainment provided by Kittiwake, members of Harm and other performers. There will also be drinks and food provided. 10% of the money raised will go to the local PFLAG chapter, and the rest will be donated to the Equality Florida Institute's Pulse Victims Fund.
