Your 2020 American Heart Association Go Red Chairs, Elizabeth McConkey Schok and Sara Smith, are pairing up with F&h Fitness Studio to MAKE YOU MOVE!
Please wear your RED and join us for a Saturday Night Fundraiser Ride! Make that healthy choice for your heart and the hearts of others! You'll get an amazing workout while doing good for you community - WIN/WIN! Oh, plus there's beer, fresh-pressed juices, door prizes, amazing jams, even better people - WHAT MORE COULD YOU WANT?

Price: $30/head, all proceeds will be donated to the American Heart Association - Fairbanks.
AND HUGE NEWS: Angie Tallant, owner of Somers and Associates REALTORS Inc., and one of the biggest hearts of ALL, has agreed to MATCH PROCEEDS MADE!

Workout: 75 minutes of laughing and swagging and sweating, led by Tina Peterson Ferringer and the other amazing F&H instructors.
Ken Vehmeier aka DJ Vmaxxxxx will be there playing all the best tunes to get you up and moving! We promise to deliver to the most fun you'll ever have on a bike!

Door Prizes: Dinner certificates, coffee cards, ice dog tickets, Nanook hockey tickets, and a GRAND PRIZE of a night out in a limo from Top Hat Limousine! 

Refreshments: Arlette Eagle-Lavelle of Lavelle's Taphouse will be there covering adult beverages, as well as Hot Shot Sisters, who will be slinging heart-healthy juices.
