Ribbon Cutting & Open House with Foundation Health Partners | Internal Medicine & Senior Care

Foundation Health Partners is hosting an open house and ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate their relocation and expansion of services to meet the needs of seniors in our community. They will welcome internal medicine patients to their new department of the hospital at 1919 Lathrop St., Suite 100 in the William H. Doolittle building (formerly located at TVC as a free-standing clinic). The ribbon cutting ceremony will happen at 5:45 PM! Their internal medicine providers will be giving a brief presentation on the future vision for this clinic for both internal medicine patients and senior patients in our community. Beyond Birch Co. will be catering the event. Foundation Health Partners will be offering tours of their new space.
