Participants will learn the basic steps and requirements to form a Limited Liability Company and incorporating in the State of Alaska. This workshop will include discussions relating to Limited Liability Companies and C & S Corporations, including the pros and cons of each as compared to other business types

To help you in the event of unavoidable, last minute cancellations, all registrations can be transferred to the next class, or a class of equal dollar value. All registrations are transferable to another person upon your request.
