This program is FREE to the Employer and is also operated independently from OSHA enforcement so that all work done within consultation is considered confidential and is not subject to fines or citations.
For employers with exemplary safety plans already in place, there are several recognition programs to participate in that may allow exemption to general scheduled enforcement visits.
