Specimen Book (2nd class)

Looking for an artistic challenge and a unique way to present your treasures from a trip or adventure? The Specimen Book workshop may be the answer. The specimen book is a 3D structure that opens to reveal a miniature gallery of treasures such as shells, stone, leaves or dried flowers. This is an intermediate level workshop. Previous experience (e.g., participation in at least one book arts workshop) is advised or instructor permission. Profile: Margo Klass has made and exhibited artist books for many years. She is especially interested in architectural structures that become sculptural forms when fully opened.
