Sustainable Pathways: Developing a Financially Healthy Organization

Two-day workshop for nonprofit leadership teams. During the class, teams will analyze current funding, determine programs to add or expand on, and create a detailed fundraising plan to accomplish these goals. Teams leave with a final draft plan to present to their Board of Directors for discussion and approval. One Professional Development credit is available from UAF for $60 per participant.
