T.H.R.I.V.E. Emerging Leaders Reimagined Program - 2024 Registration is Now Open!

This intensive 6-month program combines in-person and virtual training, features contemporary training materials, can be customized for the needs of specific businesses, is totally focused on GROWTH, and is FREE!

Small Business Owners will enhance leadership abilities, acquire MBA-equivalent knowledge, benefit from personalized business guidance, and establish connections with a group of entrepreneurs and small business leaders.

Do I Qualify to Participate?
T.H.R.I.V.E. Emerging Leaders Reimagined advanced training series is open to small business owners and executives who:

Have annual revenues of at least $250,000.
Have been in business for at least 3 years.
Have at least one employee, other than self.
Can commit to completing the full program, including: trainings, submitting assignments, participating during sessions, and reaching out for help.
Are coachable, ready to be challenged and supported, and willing to put in the necessary work to accelerate growth.
