UAF Leadership in the Professional World course
University of Alaska Fairbanks is now offering Leadership in the Professional World online. The six-week, three-credit course is offered in the summer, beginning July 7 and ending August 15. Dr. Kevin Sager, currently conducting research on superior-subordinate communication, will cover leadership styles, strategies to increase effectiveness, conflict management, and much more

The eLearning website may be easier for people not currently affiliated with UAF. The righthand column walks them through the process.
