Maintenance Technician
Maintenance Technician We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team. The maintenance technician will be responsible for completing building maintenance and repairs on our units. Environment is apartment complex. Duties of Maintenance Technician· Perform duties received from work orders or projects.· Must be familiar with HVAC furnace, do rental unit repairs which include electrical, plumbing, painting, window replacement, door locks, drywalls, a/c repairs.· Organize all projects
