Geoff Welch is the owner of Fairbanks, Alaska’s award winning Date-Line Digital Printing, where his “crisis of gratitude” was the genesis of their remarkable Thanks Fairbanks project. Each year they share thousands of free thank you cards with area residents as a way of spreading a culture of gratitude.
A humorous and engaging public speaker with irreverent perspectives on leadership, gratitude, service, and being a human at work, Geoff frequently speaks in classrooms, at conferences, and currently facilitates the Chamber’s Leadership Fairbanks program.
Always up for a challenge, Geoff and his wife Nicole have chosen to raise a small human named Maddy without the aid of any formal training.
