TDL Staffing is looking for a seasoned Chief Land Surveyor to lead our surveying team in Fairbanks, AK. This leadership role involves directing surveying operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering precise, high-quality results on every project.

Responsibilities:
- Direct all land surveying activities with a focus on accuracy and adherence to state and local regulations
- Manage boundary, topographic, engineering, and residential surveys from start to finish
- Provide expert guidance and leadership to surveying staff, fostering professional development
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, maintaining excellence and efficiency
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in surveying, geomatics, civil engineering, or a related discipline
- Licensed Land Surveyor in Alaska or eligible to obtain licensure
- Ability to obtain post access (Real ID required)
- Successful completion of a background check
- Alaska residency preferred
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GPS software, and use of modern surveying tools such as Total Stations, LiDAR, and drones
