Job Title: Construction Laborer

Pay: $25.00/hour
TDL Staffing is hiring a Construction Laborer in Fairbanks, Alaska to assist with general building and finishing tasks at active job sites. This full-time position is ideal for individuals who are dependable, hands-on, and comfortable using standard construction tools in a fast-paced environment.
At least 1 year of experience in construction or carpentry is preferred, especially for candidates familiar with basic hand tools such as hammers, drills, screwdrivers, and tape measures.
Job Duties May Include:
- Assisting with finishing drywall, painting, flooring, and cabinet installation
- Cleaning and maintaining the work site
- Transporting tools and materials as needed
- Supporting carpenters and construction crews with general labor tasks
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
- Familiarity with basic hand tools is required
- Background check required
- Drug-free workplace
