Job Title: Move-Out Cleaning Specialist
Location: Fairbanks, AK – Fort Wainwright
Pay: Starting at $19.50/hr, DOE

TDL Staffing is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Move-Out Cleaning Specialist to help prepare housing units at Fort Wainwright for new tenants.
This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in creating clean, welcoming spaces and enjoys hands-on work.
Job Duties Include:
- Detailed cleaning of vacant homes
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping
- Deep cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, and garages
- Washing windows, walls, carpets, stairwells
- Light outdoor tasks: sweeping sidewalks, raking lawns, setting up hoses, minor landscaping
- Using ladders to clean high areas (must be comfortable with heights)
Minimum Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and current insurance
- Must be able to gain post access (Real ID required)
- Ability to lift 30 lbs or more
- Background check required
- Prior cleaning or janitorial experience preferred
